DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please be aware that orders placed after 2:00 PM cannot be guaranteed for delivery the following day regardless of delivery option chosen
INTERPRETING PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Immediate:(order numbers ending in /1)
This means that the item is in stock in our distribution centre and can be despatched to you right away, via your chosen method of shipping.
Delivery in 2-3 Working Days: (order numbers ending in /2)
This means that this item is not being shipped direct from our web distribution facility but will still normally be shipped to you within 3 to 7 days.
Out of stock:
If a product is not available to purchase or order, the buy button will not allow you to add the item to your shopping basket. We are also currently unable to confirm when/if we will obtain further supplies.
Preorder: (order numbers ending in /P)
We will ship your preordered item to you on the day prior to release (subject to availability), via your chosen method of shipping. This will mean that you will normally receive it the next day - which is the release date! Please note that release dates are subject to change.

- Delivery lead times shown are approximate and are not guaranteed.
- Every effort will be made for all orders for "immediately" available items received at Gamestation prior to 2.00pm (Mon - Fri) to be shipped that day. This applies to products which are currently available in our distribution centre.
- We are unable to ship orders outside of the UK over 1000g which would include all hardware orders.
- International customers please be aware that we will be unable to refund any postage and packing costs incurred in returning a product to us under our 28 Day Returns policy.
- Standard VAT is charged, where applicable, on all orders shipped. You are responsible for claiming back any VAT that you feel is due to you from your local tax or customs office.

FREE DELIVERY
To qualify for Free UK Delivery you must be having your order shipping within the UK and make sure "UK Free Delivery - 2 business days" is selected in the delivery option menu in the Checkout.
All orders being delivered within the UK qualify for Free UK Delivery.
If you are having your order shipped outside of the UK it will not qualify for Free Delivery.
TRACKING ORDERS
Please note that if your courier is shown as Parcel Force, the consignment number will not track on the Parcel Force web site until later on the day it is despatched ? when Parcel Force book it in at their hub. Also, the consignment number is correct, despite appearing to be significantly different to the example shown by Parcel Force on their site.
Before contacting us to report a lost order or late delivery, please check on the status of your order using our Order Tracking system.
In the unlikely event that an order is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (depending upon product availability). In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, we must wait 10 working days (please note International orders are subject to a 28 Day wait) before replacing it, as most 'missing' items are located within the postal system within this period, as advised by the Royal Mail. It may also be advisable to contact your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you. To find your nearest UK Sorting Office call Royal Mail on +44 (0) 8457 740 740.
Please note: Where you have paid extra for your order to be shipped via our express courier service we will of course reimburse you the carriage costs if the delivery has not been made / attempted within 2 full business days of despatch - this applies to UK mainland delivery addresses only.
Orders shipped via courier require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.
Please note: You may only claim for lost in transit deliveries for up to a maximum of 45 days from the despatch date.
