GEDIT Scheme Terms & Conditions
1. The GEDIT card scheme ("Scheme") is promoted by Games Station Ltd of 10-12 Stirling Park, Amy Johnson Way, Clifton Moor York YO30 4WU ("Gamestation").
2. By applying for or using the GEDIT Card, the cardholder agrees to be bound by these terms as varied from time to time. Any change to these terms will be posted on the Gamestation website (www.gamestation.co.uk)
3. Gamestation reserves the right to cancel the card and any benefits attributed to it at any time. In respect of any unused credits in excess of £1 Gamestation will issue a credit note for use in Gamestation stores within three months of issue.
4. Gamestation reserves the right to substitute prizes or rewards in the event of circumstances outside its control.
5. The Scheme is open to individuals only and is not available to members of a group or club. Neither the card nor any credits are transferable or resaleable.
6. To be eligible to join the Scheme an individual must either make a qualifying purchase of £19.99 or trade in an eligible product, at a participating Gamestation store.
7. On production of the card at time of purchase at a participating Gamestation store, the cardholder will receive a credit of one pence for every £1 spent at a participating Gamestation store on a qualifying purchase. If a cardholder receives a refund in respect of a product for which credits have been issued, these credits will be debited from the balance available.
8. Cardholders will be eligible for a £1 credit bonus at each £100 cumulative qualifying spend level achieved.
9. Gamestation reserves the right to vary the level of credits or credit bonuses at any time.
10. On production of the card at time of trade in at a participating Gamestation store, Cardholders will be able to add credits to the card equal to the full trade in value of any eligible products traded in for use against future purchases.
11. The maximum amount of credits that can be stored on the card is £500.
12. The credits on the card are not exchangeable for cash, gift vouchers, or any other excluded category of products and can only be used towards future Gamestation purchases at a participating Gamestation store.
13. Only credits on a single card issued to a cardholder can be used against a qualifying purchase and credits on multiple cards cannot be combined.
14. If no transaction on a card is made in any 12 month period, the card will automatically expire and any credits will cancelled.
15. Any prize vouchers or rewards vouchers issued to a cardholder are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher and can only be redeemed at any participating Gamestation store.
16. A cardholder is responsible for looking after a card and Gamestation is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards. A cardholder will lose any credits on a lost or stolen card.
17. Damaged cards may be replaced at Gamestation's discretion. The cost for issuing a replacement card is £2.
18. All GEDIT cards, rewards vouchers and prize vouchers remain the property of Gamestation and the cardholder shall return the card if requested by Gamestation.
19. Gamestation is not responsible for any errors resulting from fraudulent use of a card or the inability of a cardholder to receive or redeem credits or use vouchers, unless in any such case it is caused by Gamestation's negligence or fraud.
20. Gamestation reserves the right to terminate this Scheme at any time by giving three months notice of its intention to do so. Any such notice will be posted on the Gamestation website (www.gamestation.co.uk)
21. Credits can only be earned or redeemed at a participating Gamestation store and cannot be earned or redeemed against certain products excluded from the Scheme by Gamestation (including gift vouchers) or in respect of online transactions.
22. A card may be used up to a maximum of 6 transactions per day
