Here are details on how the Gamestation Account works, what to do if you lose your login details and inforamtion on account security.

Using the Gamestation Account

Question: How does my personal account work?

Answer: Having your own personal account will make future purchases easier and give you simple-to-use control over order management. You'll also get certain privileges such as the ability to enter our fabulous competitions!

Question: What are the benefits of creating a Gamestation Account?

Answer: You'll be able to store personal details to make the Checkout process easier and change Contact Details at the touch of a button. You can also manage your Delivery Addresses and Payment Cards, view Your Order History, enter exclusive Competitions and set up a Wishlist.

Question: What about my personal details?

Question: I've forgotten my Password and am unable to Login. What do I do?

Answer: Head on over to the Lost Password page and enter your e-mail address. You'll need to answer the security question you set yourself, then an e-mail will be sent to you containing a link to follow. You?ll then be able to reset your Password.

Question: But I've also forgotten the answer to my secret question! What do I do?

Answer: You'll need to phone Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 345 0335 to request your password. We'll ask you a series of security questions so be sure to have any personal details to hand.

Question: I'm finished with my Account and wish to logout. How do I do this?

Question: If I forget to logout of my Account, will people be able to use my card details?

Answer: Absolutely not. While we do store your card details in the system, we keep no record of your Security Number (from the back of your card) and would never accept an order without first asking for this. So if you leave yourself logged in and someone else uses your PC, they couldn't make purchases without physically having your card.
