Question: Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Answer: No, but having an account gives you extra benefits: you'll be able to check the status of your order and we'll save your details so you won't have to enter them every time you place an order, making the process quicker and easier.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: All major credit and debit cards except for American Express. You?ll need to enter the three or four digit CVV or CV2 number from the back of your card (at the end of signature strip). If you?re unsure please ring Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 345 0335. We don?t accept cheques or PayPal.
Question: What is Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode?
Answer: This is a new form of internet shopping security for Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards where the cardholder has to enter a password in order to proceed with payment. Find out more about Secure Payment
Question: Can I use a credit note from store to pay for goods online?
Answer: No, credit notes can not be used on the Gamestation website.
Question: I have a voucher code. How do I redeem it?
Answer: Once you have selected something to buy go the Basket page and enter your voucher code in the '
Offer Code' box and select the 'Add' button. The page will refresh to show you the discount value and updated order price.

Answer: No, unfortunately Gamestation does not offer student discounts on our online prices.
However, you can get Student Discount at a selection of Gamestation Stores!
Question: Can I use my GEDIT Card online?
Answer: No, unfortunately GEDIT cards cannot be used online at this time.
