Returning Purchases to Gamestation

Returns policy for products purchased Online

Gamestation.co.uk operates a 28 day returns policy for most stock items purchased online.

- Software purchased online may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date, providing that the seal remains unbroken.
- Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 3 months after the despatch date.
- Hardware (gaming consoles) or peripherals (gaming accessories) may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date. Hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
- Faulty hardware may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the despatch date.
- TVs and other electrical items (excluding consoles) may be returned within 7 working days from the day after receipt.
- Other product (such as merchandise, books, etc.) may be returned or exchanged within 28 days.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact our Customer Service team via email or call 0845 345 0335 (hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Calls cost 10p per minute; calls from mobile and some networks may be higher).

Returns policy for products purchase in a Gamestation store

- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Products may be returned to any Gamestation store, regardless of which store the original purchase was made in.
- Any refund issued will be made via the original method of payment.

Unwanted Product Returns
- Gamestation will exchange unwanted items within 10 days of purchase.
- Restrictions may apply to DVDs, UMDs and some games with online capabilities.
- Any unwanted returns must be in 'as purchased' condition and in the original packaging.
-Any unwanted (new) return that does not meet the above criteria may be returned at the Manager's discretion for the full pre-owned selling price.
- Gamestation reserves the right to refuse any unwanted return at the Manager's discretion.
- If there is nothing you wish to exchange the item for at the time of return, a store credit note to the value paid for the item can be issued.

Faulty Products
- If an item develops a fault within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase, Gamestation will offer to replace, refund or repair the item.
- This does not apply to faults caused through misuse.
- If a fault occurs after a reasonable period of time, Gamestation may offer to replace or repair the item at its discretion.

Store purchases can only be returned to Gamestation stores.
