Considering how long a wait there was for me and this game (The first fable was my favorite original xbox game) I find that the game could have been better for the amount of time taken, it was shorter than the first game (which I found to be short) and the combat was way too easy, It's a good game, but once you have finished it a few times it grows rather dull, I hope fable 3 does better because Lionhead have promised at least 5 games.

Is this a tale of epic proportions or a bed time tale?
Albion a world so elegantly designed, hills far and wide, swamps, rivers, seas you name, Albion has it all (except for a volcano. I bet he never thought to add those into his bold claims.) This magical land is entrancing if looked at for too long, it will suck you in with all it’s perfectly cut grass glory. There are so many things to interact with, the villagers with a variety of small comments, ranging from love to hate, and the clean and long recordings really pay off as you run through Bowerstone hearing of your noble/evil deeds. Some of their comments are quite bizarre and ridiculously funny, "If you ask me, it's a great time to be alive. There's not even that much disease considering we never wash!” Stone Gargoyles are among my favourite things about this game with their crass remarks, one minute you just running around a vast ruin and all of a sudden “I hear you're shootings as bad as you're body odour!' ” and that's

The highly anticipated sequel to the widely successful original that sold more than 3 million copies, offering even more choices and building on the core gameplay theme of Fable, where players every decision continually defines whom they become. Fable II is an action role-playing game (RPG) that truly allows players to live the life they choose in the newly expanded open world of Albion. Set 500 years after the original, Fable II will provide gamers with an epic story and innovative real-time gameplay, including a massive amount of freedom and choice to explore a vast collection of dungeons, catacombs and taverns in the world of Albion.
Choices, consequences. The innovative gameplay pioneered in the original Fable provided gamers with a never-before-seen level of immersion in a truly interactive world. Fable II expands upon the scope and depth of the Xbox classic by adding incredible new features and creating a wider, more complex kingdom of limitless choices and consequences. Play

Having kept track of Fable 2 long throughout its development I found myself growing more and more excited for the game as time went on and eventually decided to buy the game at full price on the day it came out (a first for me). Unsurprisingly perhaps, it was never able to live up to my hype. Don’t get me wrong, the game is good but it does have some significant problems. To begin with, one of the main features lobbied by Lionhead was the focus they had placed on making the combat accessible to everyone. In short, combat was designed to be complex for advanced users yet simplistic and easy for newer gamers. Whilst the latter goal was met, and very well I might add, those of us who are more experienced gamers will find the game frighteningly easy; which unfortunately lessens the length of an already short game.
Another feature that had many excited was the online & offline co-op as few RPGs incorporate multiplayer facilities, however this was just another let down. Co-op plays

This is an amazing game. How socially conscious to make us accountable for our actions in the game. I was brought to a dead stop more than once to contemplate what I was about to do and how it would affect the story.I got so used to the dog I started making sure he didn't get out when I opened my front door. How's that for reality? The dog character was one of the best things in the game. His wonderfully apt expressions of pleasure and embarrassment at my actions made my laugh out loud and once or twice squirm with shame. The other great thing is being able to be a little bad or distinctly evil and see the consequences. Just as in real life everything has a cost either monetary or morally. Definitely a game that is worth the cost and the time you put into it. I would and have recommended it to several people.

Not very good. They only focus on action, there are no RPG elements nor is there a good plot.
